If you have placed an order and need to change the address, please contact the store directly or reach out to our Customer Experience Team. If the address is covered by the same retailer, it can be updated for you. If the new address is not covered by the same location, the order will be canceled and you can replace your order through a new store if it is covered elsewhere.
- Please note that addresses cannot be updated if the store uses a third party courier. Since orders are picked up by third party couriers directly from the store based on the delivery address, the courier would need to be canceled and then recalled if the address changes. This would lead to a restocking, or redelivery, fee if the courier has already been called to pickup your order from the store.
- If the address is covered by the same store, the order will be updated be updated by a Drizly Customer Experience Team member and a new courier will be called.
- If the courier was already en route with the order, there will be a restocking fee up to $20.00 to cover the cost of the ride and any incidentals.
If you are a gift recipient scheduling your gift order, you will now be able to update your own address while scheduling your delivery, provided that it is covered by the same store. Follow prompts to schedule your gift, and edit your address in the corresponding fields.
If the address entered is within the store's delivery zone, you will be able to proceed to schedule your delivery.
If the address entered is outside of the store's delivery zone, you will be prompted to fill out a form to reach out to our Customer Experience Team. Please be sure to include your email so we can get in touch! With your permission, we will reach out to the gift sender to cancel the current order and place a new one through a store that covers your updated address.
