Ground Shipping orders can be canceled 1 hour after the order has been placed. If you have exceeded this hour, please contact our customer support team or the store directly to ensure the package has not already left the store.
- Once a package has been shipped out and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we will be unable to cancel the order and you will be subject to the store and shipping carrier’s individual policies which may include both shipping and restocking fees.
- Split orders have to be canceled separately
