How to reset your password
We recommend resetting your password every three months.
Please Note: more than 5 consecutive failed login attempts will result in a 60 minute account lockout as a security measure.
If you can't login:
You have the option to select “forgot password” and an email will be sent to the email address associated with your account which will direct you to create a new one.
Please Note: If you have multi-factor authentication on and have not logged into your account for some time or if you try to login from a new device, you will receive a code to your linked phone number.
Android:
1. Click "Log In / Sign Up"
2. Select "Forgot Password"
3. Enter your email into the box and select "Reset Password"
4. Go to your email inbox and follow the link to reset your password. Enter your new password information. Once submitted, go back to the app and sign in with your new credentials.
5. If you have multi-factor authorization enabled on your profile, you will be prompted to enter a verification code that will be texted to your phone.
iOS:
1. Click "Log in"
2. Select "Forgot Password"

Web:
1. Click "Sign in" in the upper right of the screen near the cart icon
2. Click "Forgot Password"
3. Enter your email and select "Reset"
4. A new screen will pop up stating to "Check your email". Go to your email inbox and follow the link to reset your password.
5. Enter your new password information. You will then need to go back and select "Sign In" again to enter your updated information.
6. After entering a new password, if you have multi-factor authorization enabled on your profile, you will be prompted to enter a verification code that will be texted to your phone.
If you're logged in:
Web: On top right of the web page by the cart where it says “Hi, [your name]”. From here, select “My Account” which will bring you to a new page.
Click “Edit” next to ”Password". You will be required to enter in the old password before creating a new password.
iOS and Android: If you are logged into the iOS app and trying to reset your password - please see the "Account" tab at the bottom > account details > reset password. You will be required to enter in the old password before creating a new password.
