When a gift is placed, a scheduling link is sent to the gift recipient's phone and email if provided. When they click the link, they will be brought to a page where they can review their address and make any needed changes/additions and choose a time for delivery.
Our support team has got you covered to update any delivery information if you have any questions. If there is a change of address, they will be able to verify if it is covered by the same store as the original order. In the case it is not, our team can assist you in canceling the order so you can replace the order to the new address through a new store here.
