If you forgot to mark the order as a gift and the order is not en route yet, our Customer Experience Team can cancel your existing order and you can replace it as a gift order.

- Recipient name
- Recipient email
- Recipient phone number
- Sender phone number
- Gift message
We require the recipient’s contact information to ensure that the order can be completed successfully.
If the order is already en route, our team will be able to help you in contacting the retailer to update any information.
