If you selected ASAP for your delivery time at checkout, and it has been over 60 minutes since your order was placed with no contact from the store, please reach out directly to the store or contact our customer experience team so we can check on your order and provide an updated ETA.
*Please note: You may receive texts or calls from unknown numbers during delivery. To make sure the drivers can get in touch, please make sure to set your phone call settings to "Allow Unknown Numbers" to call; otherwise, the driver may have to return the order to the store if they can't contact you.
