While these instances are rare, mistakes happen and we try to correct these as soon as possible. We do recommend checking over the items immediately upon delivery, and if there is an issue, like a forgotten item, you can let the driver know right away.
If the driver is unable to assist, please reach out directly to the store or contact our customer experience team so we can get you fixed up with either a refund of the missing item or a redelivery.
*Please note that any delivery issues must be made known to us within 5 days of delivery for us to attempt correction. Partner retailers may have differing timelines in which they are able to make corrections.
